What exactly is included — what do you actually do?
Depending on your package, we handle some or all of the following: LLC formation with your state, EIN registration with the IRS, custom logo and brand identity, a professional mobile-ready website with SEO built in, Google Business Profile setup and verification, a business email address on your own domain, a dedicated business phone number, and social media profiles on the platforms your customers use. At the end of every engagement we do a full walkthrough and hand over every login and password — everything is in your name and yours to keep.
What is the difference between the Digital Launch and the Full Launch?
The Digital Launch ($799) covers your entire online and brand presence — logo, website, Google Business Profile, business email, phone, and social media. It's the right choice if you already have your LLC, or if you're not ready for that step yet. The Full Launch ($1,200) includes everything in the Digital Launch plus your LLC formation and EIN registration — the complete package from zero to fully operational in one engagement. State filing fees are included in the Full Launch price.
What does the Ongoing Partner monthly plan include?
The Ongoing Partner plan ($249/month) keeps your digital presence maintained and growing after launch. It includes up to four website content updates per month, weekly Google Business Profile posts and ongoing optimization, two social media posts per week across your active platforms, annual LLC compliance reminders so you never miss a filing deadline, priority email and phone support, and a 30-minute monthly strategy check-in call. There is no long-term contract — cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Do I need to know anything about computers or technology?
Not at all — that is the entire point. We handle every technical piece on your behalf. You tell us about your business, your vision, and your customers. We handle the filing, the building, the setup, and the configuration. At the end we sit with you and walk through everything we created so you know how to use it. You do not need to understand how any of it works in order to benefit from all of it.
Are you a law firm? Can you give me legal or tax advice?
No — we are a business setup concierge service, not a law firm or accounting firm. We handle the administrative filings for LLC formation and EIN registration on your behalf, the same paperwork you could file yourself on your state's website and the IRS website. We do not advise on which business structure is right for you, on tax implications, or on any legal matters. For those questions, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney or CPA. What we do is handle the setup so you don't have to figure it out yourself.
Can you file an LLC in New York or Massachusetts, not just Connecticut?
Yes. We handle LLC formation in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. Filing fees and processing times vary by state — Connecticut is $120, New York and Massachusetts have their own fee structures — and we will walk you through which state makes the most sense for your specific business during your free consultation. If you live in one state but want to do business in another, we can help you understand the options.
How long does the whole thing take from start to finish?
For the Full Launch, most clients are completely set up within 5–7 business days. LLC filings typically take 5 business days through state portals, but we start working on your branding, website, and digital profiles the same day — so everything tends to finish at roughly the same time. For the Digital Launch (no LLC filing), turnaround is typically 3–5 business days. Rush timelines are available — just mention it during your consultation.
